I am a certified yoga teacher and a licensed professional counselor focusing on Eating Disorders, Addictions, Anxiety, Depression and Trauma.
I believe that every client is an individual and deserves a specialized treatment plan to fit their needs. I practice meeting my client where they are from a multicultural and trauma informed lens. My practice incorporates elements of Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Based Treatment (FBT), Somatic Therapy and Logo therapy. I also use a Healthy At Every Size (HAES) approach to treatment.
My passion is to help others find freedom from their eating disorders and body image struggles, find freedom from their pain and addictions and create freedom of movement in their bodies and lives. My hope is for my clients to live full, authentic and juicy lives!

Colleen Hoplamazian, Bodyworker, Yoga teacher & Meditation teacher
Colleen is an ERYT-500 hour yoga teacher with certifications in 26+2 (Bikram style), Vinyasa, Barkan Vinyasa, and Yin. She earned her first certification through Evolation Yoga, receiving a 200-hour certification in 26+2 (Bikram) style yoga. Immediately, she began teaching in the Philadelphia area.
To continue her yoga studies, she earned a Barkan Vinyasa Level II/III certification from Jimmy Barkan. Next, she completed a 300-hour certification with Jared McCann in Brooklyn, NY. Her studies with Jared focused on vinyasa, mantra, meditation, and pranayama. Colleen continued on and received a Yin certification through Amrita Yoga in Philadelphia, PA.
Colleen took her love of holistic healing off the mat and began studying Reiki and holistic bodywork. She completed her Reiki Mastery with Danielle Stimpson in Philadelphia, PA and received a Thai Yoga Massage certification with Francisco Morales-Bermudez through Synergy Yoga and a certification in Meridian Body Therapies (TCM modalities) through Rose Erin Vaughn.
Beyond official certifications, Colleen strongly believes that one is always a student. She pursues continuing education at every turn. In addition to studying many styles of yoga: Ashtanga, Bikram, Yin, Iyengar, Kundalini, and Baptiste -- she is currently studying Ayurvedic Medicine through the California College of Ayurveda. Colleen offers yoga asana classes, reiki healing sessions and Thai yoga massage sessions throughout the greater Philadelphia area and beyond. She is an advocate of the healing arts and strives to be a well-rounded, well-informed practitioner and teacher.
She enjoys sharing her love of yoga and healing, both on and off the mat. Colleen believes strongly that healing and health is a daily practice of mindful living. She has found healing through developing a daily Sadhana of yoga asana, meditation, mantra, and Ayurvedic practices. She believes yoga and the healing arts are a powerful tool to help people shed their blockages and live full, authentic, joyful lives.
